Bookings can be made easily using our online form or by telephone. We require details of the pick-up and destination addresses, date and time, the number of passengers and the service required (e.g. airport transfer, roadshow, limousine service). Once we have received your request, it will be checked and confirmed by a Blackline employee – only then is the booking binding.
Even after the pandemic, we will continue to adhere to the highest hygiene standards. Our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every trip. In addition, our chauffeurs undergo regular driver training to ensure safety and comfort.
Yes – all Blackline chauffeurs speak fluent German and English. Many also have additional language skills in Hindi, Urdu, or other languages. Our drivers are not only linguistically competent, but also trained in safe, discreet, and culturally sensitive interaction with passengers – and are always well-groomed and professionally dressed.
By default, billing is handled by your company's central billing office – quickly, clearly and without any effort for the passenger. On request, payment can also be made directly to the driver – with all major credit and debit cards, including American Express (AMEX).
